About Me

Many of us hit the gym at some point in our lives. Some by choice, some for health reasons, some for personal interests, and some to challenge ourselves - daily! For some, it's a routine and a part of a daily life or lifestyle.

That being said, all lives changes, and consequently so do our goals, our purpose, and ultimately our drive. Yet there is one aspect that often does not change regardless of circumstance - the motivation to keep going! The success of your story is dependant on whether you stick to it, or let it go. That's it! There are only two choices.

We all work within our capacities, at our own pace. And I'm here to help you keep up with that pace, move that limit, and ultimately achieve your true goal. There is no such thing as shame, humiliation, failure, or falling short. And yes, there are cheat days, there are sick days, there are mental health days no doubt.
